Roger Keil offered some details bout the Greater Toronto Suburban Working Group's forthcoming "Suburban Manifesto" in the latest Toronto edition of Novae Res Urbis. The manifesto will be unveiled at the Suburban Revolution conference taking place at York University, Sept. 26-29.
