Public transit directions from the Holiday Inn Bloor-Yorkville to York University Keele Campus:
(please note that it can take up to 1 hour to travel to York University from downtown Toronto by public transit).
Walk to St. George Station - Northbound Platform (about 1 block and 2 minutes from the Holiday Inn).- Take the Yonge-University-Spadina Line north
- Travel north on the subway until Sheppard West Station (9 stops and about 20 minutes, also the last stop on the line)
- At Sheppard West Station transfer to the 196 express bus
- Take the 196 bus to York University Commons (about 15 minutes)
Alternate Public Transit Directions for Saturday October 21 & Sunday October 22 (Subway is closed from St. George to Sheppard West Stations- shuttle buses are running)
- Walk to St. George Station - Eastbound Platform (about 1 block and 2 minutes from the Holiday Inn).
- Take Line 2, eastbound two stops to Bloor-Yonge Station
- At Bloor-Yonge Station, transfer to Line 1, (Yonge-University-Spadina Line) northbound to Sheppard-Yonge Station (8 stops, about 20 minutes)
- At Sheppard Station, transfer to the 196B express bus to York University (click here for a Saturday schedule)
- Take the 196B bus to York University Commons (about 20-30 minutes)
- Alternative buses to take include: 199A Finch Rocket (Finch Station- York University) and 60 Steeles West (Finch Station - York University)
